How do you plan on doing this? I keep gaining, gaining, gaining, and it is really freaking me out.
I gave up doing much exercise a while ago, so the first stage is just going back to regular moderate workouts. After that, I'm probably going to hit a plateau, and then... I dunno.
I bought myself a membership at Galter (the gym attached to Swedish Covenant Hospital) for my birthday back in February and have actually managed to keep up a schedule of going there twice a week for the past couple of months - I wish I could say it was three or four times a week, but I'm impressed that I'm keeping up with it at all.
However, I have not seen any effects so far, unfortunately.
Do you own a bicycle? I'm looking for a bike buddy.

Yep, I own one. Had it since college, when I used to ride it to classes. In the last six years, I've ridden it twice! (Needs a tune-up, to say the least.)
I think I'm going to concentrate on walking, plus this lovely new cable I have includes some On Demand exercise programs. |
